You can join the Westminster Car Club
For a small annual membership fee (currently £25) you can join the City of Westminster car club. This will enable you to book and use a car when you need one. Prices are from £3.95 an hour or £29 a day and include insurance, congestion charges, petrol and 60 miles-worth of travel. Maybury Court Summer Garden Party

You may have noticed that the website has not been accessible recently, as BT decided to end the free web hosting it offered to its customers (of whom the webmaster is one).
