Water Leaks from the flat above
Step one: Knock on the door of the flat above and ask them to shut off their mains water.
Step two: If no one is in turn off the mains water supply in the basement.
Step three: Contact Jeremy James & Co (during working hours). JJ&Co (0207 486 4111 or via email jjandco@jeremy-james.co.uk) should be able to contact the owner.

An emergency call-out service (link will take you to a passworded area - contact Alistair for password) is available for emergencies which arise between 6 pm and 9 am and at weekends. Any call-outs which arise from matters which are not the responsibility of the building, will be charged to the appropriate person.

Water Leaks from your flat
Step one: Turn off the mains water supply in your flat (stopcock should be in your hall cupboard).
Step two: Shut off the water supply from your cold water tank using the stopcock in your hall cupboard.
Step three: Contact Jeremy James & Co (during working hours).

Gas
If you smell a gas leak call TransCo on 0800 111 9999
Don't turn on any lights or use any electrical appliances
Shut off the mains gas supply (mains gas tap should be in your hall cupboard). There is another next to your gas meter in the basement.
